Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for unopened items or hardware.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
